1. About This Shop

Crafty Tibbles is owned and operated by Christen Stone, based in Florida, USA. I sell digital PDF crochet patterns ("patterns") as instant downloads. No physical products are shipped.

2. Eligibility

This site is intended for users age 13 and older. Crafty Tibbles does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you are under 18, you may only use this site with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who has reviewed these Terms.

3. Digital Downloads

All products sold through this shop are digital files delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products:

- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital downloads once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

- If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us at craftytibbles@craftytibbles.com and we will do our best to resolve it.

- You are responsible for ensuring your device is compatible with PDF files before purchasing.

- Please download your files promptly after purchase. While we make reasonable efforts to keep download links active, we cannot guarantee indefinite availability.

4. Pattern License & Copyright

Purchase of a pattern grants you a single-use personal license only. By purchasing, you agree to the following:

You MAY:

- Download and print the pattern for your own personal use.

- Make and sell physical finished items created from the pattern, provided you credit Crafty Tibbles (Christen Stone) as the designer.

You MAY NOT:

- Reproduce, copy, redistribute, resell, or share this pattern in any format, digital or printed, in whole or in part.

- Use any portion of this pattern as the basis for your own published or distributed patterns.

- Create instructional video tutorials based on this pattern.

- Translate, adapt, or otherwise modify the pattern for distribution.

- Share your purchase link or downloaded file with others, including friends, family, or online communities.

Violation of this license may result in legal action under applicable copyright law.

5. Website Content & Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including pattern text, photographs, graphics, product images, and branding, is the property of Christen Stone and is protected by copyright law. This content may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Visitors are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial license to view content on this site. This does not grant any rights to copy, republish, or create derivative works from site content.

Payments are processed securely through Squarespace Commerce and Stripe. Crafty Tibbles does not store or have access to your payment card information. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you agree to receive periodic emails from Crafty Tibbles regarding new patterns, shop updates, and promotions. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We use Kit (ConvertKit) to manage our mailing list. We do not sell or share your email address with third parties. 8. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

Crafty Tibbles takes intellectual property seriously. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on this site without authorization, please contact us with the following information:
